Glenn was working on a neighbours outdoor heater and grill and I casually asked him a question over the fence… he gave me an answer but later on actually came over and provided a detailed explanation of what was going on and even took the time to try a fix out on the spot… he was unbelievably knowledgeable and provided excellent insights and advice… thank you Glenn for taking the time out of your busy day to help out…

We had our fireplace serviced by The Grill Smith, it’s the first time we use his services. Glenn was professional, clean, efficient, knowledgeable. We are very happy with the results and we definitely recommend The Grill Smith without any hesitation.

I was very happy with the advice and service provided by The Grill Smith. My BBQ was in bad shape, but following the service, it is working like new again. Well worth the money spent.

We used The Grill Smith yesterday and are very pleased with the work. Glen followed up our request promptly and called the reconfirm prior to arriving. The barbecue looks like knew! He replaced burners and tuned it up so it was “as good as new”. In his opinion. It will last at least another 5 years, it’s already 5 years old. He left the barbecue spotless, as well as the area around the barbecue. Great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Great Job Glen.

Glenn was fantastic. He was quick to respond to my request to set up my gas BBQ. Reset it up, explained how it it worked and some general maintains that I should be doing to keep the BBQ running well. Thanks Glenn.

Glen tuned up our bbq and it now runs like it a charm. Thoroughly professional and knowledgeable – I was very impressed. I would recommend him absolutely. And he arrived when he said he would – on time and a certified job. What more could you ask for?

Glenn came recommended. He serviced our 12 year old Weber bbq. Glenn was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to return to our home because we needed some parts – he offered options – order from Weber, etc. or he could supply them. He returned the very next day with the needed parts, installed them at no extra charge. Thanks Glenn for “breathing some needed life” into our bbq.

Glenn does Fantastic work! especially when working on our 13 year old fridgidaire bbq (which works like new now)
he is incredibly knowledgable! would recommend him to anyone.
